What the site and our phone line record, and how to have it deleted.
Who is responsible
This site is operated by Las Vegas Bio Clean.
What we collect
- The form. The contact form doesn't store or send what you type. You'll be asked to call instead.
- Phone calls. Your number, the time and length of the call and, where the phone system records calls, a recording.
- Site use. With your okay, analytics cookies that count visits and pages. Your hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs.
What happened at a property can be sensitive. Please share only what's needed to set up the job.
How we use it and who sees it
We use it to answer you, set up the visit and pass your details to the cleanup company that takes the job. Service providers who run our phone, form and analytics tools also handle it for us. We don't sell it for others' marketing.
Cookies and your choice
The notice on your first visit lets you accept or decline. Your choice is saved in your browser so the notice doesn't come back, and analytics cookies load only if you accept. You can change your mind with the Cookie settings link in the footer, or clear your browser's storage for this site.
How long we keep it, and your requests
We keep information only as long as we need it for the job, for records and for the law. To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, call (725) 745-8630. Nevada law and the laws of other states may give you added rights.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page.
