Calling and coverage

Which areas does the number cover?
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City and the valley around them, including Summerlin, Spring Valley, Enterprise and Sunrise Manor. The areas page has a ZIP lookup.
The house belongs to a relative in another town. Can I still call?
Yes. Give us the property's address, not your own, and tell us who can let the crew in. Photos and the scope can come to you by email.
Is the call private?
We won't tell neighbors, and a low-key arrival is fine to request. Calls may be recorded, and your details go to the company doing the job. The privacy policy has the rest.
What if I call and I'm not ready to book?
That's fine. You can ask your questions, give us an address or none at all, and call again when you know more.

The time before the crew comes

Can we keep living there until it's cleaned?
Often, with that room shut and everyone out of it, especially kids and pets. Leave stained items alone, and tell us on the call whether the air is running. If the smell fills the house, stay elsewhere for a night or two.
Should I throw anything away first?
No. Anything with blood or fluid on it should stay put. In the household trash, it spreads the problem and puts your trash collectors at risk. Anything well away from that room is fine to take.
Can I wash the bedding and clothes?
Please don't try that with soaked items. Set aside anything you care about and tell the crew. Lightly smelling clothes from another room can usually be laundered.
Do I need to tell the landlord?
If you rent, yes. The owner has to agree to any floor or wall work, and an early call helps protect the units next door.

On cleanup day and after

What does the crew wear?
Protective suits, gloves, boots and respirators. The crew can suit up in the garage or inside if you ask, so nothing looks unusual from the street.
Can you save my belongings?
Hard items can usually be cleaned. Soft ones that took on fluid usually can't. Name what matters most, and the crew will tell you honestly what's possible before anything goes.
Will you repaint and replace the carpet?
Cleanup and rebuild are separate work. Ask on the walk-through if you want both, so you know who does the rebuild and what it adds.

Bigger questions have their own pages

Las Vegas Bio Clean keeps longer answers on what cleanup costs, how Nevada's insurance and victim program work, what to do on the first day and why a smell stays after the room is clean.

Your question can be the first thing you ask

Once it's answered, a crew walks the room and gives you a written list of what comes out, so the next decision is easier.
